Strathmore Event Services were appointed by the Highland field Sports Fair Committee, following the retirement of out part-time Chief Executive. They provide on-site set up of the Fair along with procurement of suppliers, including marquees, food suppliers, waste services, security, toilets and other utilities – water, electricity, wifi. Their experience with Health and Safety is invaluable and they have built on our relationship with the Local Authority to secure our Public Entertainments Licence and other mandatory compliance for running this public event, where over 12,000 attend each year. Their professional, friendly approach makes them easy to work with and I would have no hesitation of recommending their services to others

My family recently engaged Strathmore Event Services Ltd to organise a substantial part of my daughter’s wedding reception which took place within a large Marquee in the grounds of our family home. They efficiently organised and coordinated the work of several contractors who were engaged to provide the infrastructure, supervised all site operations, organised and ran the car parking, provided a superb bar service and generally ensured that my daughter’s special day ran without a hitch. GWCT Scottish Game Fair
As Chairman of the GWCT Scottish Game Fair, one of the best decisions I and my colleagues have made over the last 30 successful years of the Fair’s life, was to recently appoint Strathmore Events Services (SES) as managers of the Fair, one of Scotland’s premier rural events.
SES are a small dedicated team who are rapidly developing their reputation for being efficient, cost and safety conscious, whilst delivering an event on time with undisguised pride. For my part, they are fun to work with and have a wholly pragmatic approach to their contract. The Scottish Game Fair’s structural ‘jigsaw’ can be a beast to organise, but SES rise to the challenge to ensure a positive visitor experience and a great result for the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust’s objectives.
